Brett Oliverio, the restaurant's owner, told The News & Observer that the mysterious big tipper "ended up being a YouTube star, [MrBeast]." "They filmed the server's reaction as she picked up the money," Oliverio further said. The woman who received the tip decided to keep the spirit of generosity alive and split the money with her coworkers. "[MrBeast] has over 8.8 million YouTube subscribers and is known for videos showing large donations of money," according to WTVD.
