Reuters reports that Sony Corp has not offered concessions to European Union antitrust regulators. The regulators are reviewing its $2.3 billion offer for control of EMI. Should the offer be accepted, the company would become the world’s largest music publisher. That the company has not offered concessions could either mean Sony expects unconditional approval or for the Commission to open a full-scale investigation on Oct. 26 at the end of its review.
