Drivers are made to look like they are honking at two hot blonde girls - who are dressed in some very slutty, provocative outfits with high-heeled hooker boots and tiny little mini skirts. We don't really know if these girls are just happening to be walking by or if they might be prostitutes, but the honk seems to attract them to the car to chat. When the sexy girls stop by the window to see if they want to "talk," a police officer is unfortunately stationed nearby, and accuses these men of trying to solicit some illegal fun.
