Las Vegas saw an extremely rare snowy episode this week for the first time in several years, prompting revellers to even build a snowman on the Las Vegas Strip.
The last time any degree of measurable snow fell in Las Vegas was about a decade ago ( 3.6 inches on December 17, 2008).
