Police have arrested nine people including two builders of a multistory apartment building that collapsed in a suburb of India's Mumbai city last week, killing 74 people and injuring dozens.
The building that local authorities said was being constructed illegally at Thane caved in Thursday evening. Rescue workers stopped looking for survivors in the rubble Saturday after a two-day search.
