Madras HC stays shifting of Anna Centenary Library

Madras HC has stayed shifting of Anna Centenary Library in Chennai. Earlier Tamil Nadu CM Jayalalitha wanted to convert library into a hospital. Rs 180 crore library was built by Karuna government.
