This is first hike in 10years, no steep hike in fares. Dinesh Trivedi said that there is 2-30paise/km increase in fares. There is Rs12 hike in fares over 300kms. The Platform ticket prices raised from Rs3 to Rs5. There is 30 paise increase in 1 AC train per/km and 10 paise increase in 3 AC per/km.
