India News : Low lying areas of Surat city were flooded with one feet water following continuous heavy discharge of water from Ukai dam since 1.00AM on Monday . The discharge of water from reservoir was recorded at 4,39,276 Cusecs of water.
Administration has evacuated the affected people.
