Following allegation by Arun Jaitley, a Delhi Police inquiry has revealed that the Senior BJP leader's Call Details Records were compromised on three occasions. Once by the south district police and the crime branch, when they were probing the Ponty Chadha case. Records were also accessed by constable Arvind Dabas when he gave the recor5ds to a private detective, Anurag Singh.
