The Ghaziabad Development Authority has sent a notice to Uttarakhand chief minister Harish Rawat for alleged layout plan violations in a house built on a plot in Indirapuram registered in his name.
The notice, a copy of which is with TOI, is dated December 29 and signed by the GDA's officer on special duty. Rawat has been asked to appear before the GDA on January 15 to clarify his position.
