The controversial World Culture Festival organised by Art of Living founder Sri Sri Ravi Shankar rocked Parliament today, with opposition members attacking the government for permitting an event that threatens the fragile Yamuna ecosystem as well as for allowing Indian Army soldiers to be used as "private mercenaries" for the mega show.
