Congress President Sonia Gandhi will convene a Congress Working Committee meeting on Tuesday morning at the party headquarters. It will be first meeting since the party lost heavily in Maharashtra, Haryana, Jharkhand and Jammu and Kashmir.
All eyes are likely to remain on party Vice President Rahul Gandhi as there are indications that he might be elevated to the post of President. Sources, however, within the Congress party have repeatedly denied this.
