While three out of four Rajya Sabha seats in J&K are certain to be won by the BJP-PDP combine, the state is witnessing intense lobbying by leaders to woo independent MLAs who are crucial to win the fourth seat. Four Rajya Sabha seats will go to polls in Jammu and Kashmir on February 7, and seven candidates are fighting for entry into the Upper House of the parliament. Returning officer for the election Mohammad Ramzan informed that seven candidates are in the fray, and they can withdraw candidature up to January 31
