In a counter attack, AAP leader Sanjay Singh on Saturday rejected the charges made by Prashant Bhushan and Yogendra Yadav that their supporters were beaten up at the national council meeting and said that such allegations were made to gain sympathy.
"There was no fighting at the meeting. In fact, when Arvind Kejriwal ji was addressing the gathering, one of the members started shouting at the venue to disrupt his speech.
"It was then he was asked to stop, and that was the end of the matter. The allegation that Ramzan Choudhary was thrashed and kicked is incorrect," Singh said.
