The not so good news is that new investment proposals continue to fall. The year ended with new investment proposals of the order of Rs 9.5 trillion, which could get revised upward to around Rs 10.2 trillion and yet it will be the lowest new investments in the last 14 years, which is depressing, said Mahesh Vyas, MD & CEO, CMIE.
