On January 5th, 2018, Aghapy Properties, LLC through its president Mark Youssef closed on the Five Oaks center building, a 10000 sq. ft two story building located in the heart of Vero Beach, the building hosts many tenants including the ACS ( American cancer society)- a non profit organization- plus other offices, a deal that was closed for 1.16 M, Aghapy Properties, LLC sees Vero Beach as a great REAL ESTATE market says Mark Youssef, Aghapy Properties, LLC is planning to expand in Vero Beach by acquiring more commercial properties in Vero Beach in 2019
