Dividing Generations makes no sense, there are too many experts believes when people are born to be classify in which generation. Too many experts believe in different years. For example Generation Z is hard to describe some experts believes Generation Z born in as early as 1991-2010, some others believe is 1995-2013, while others believe is 1997-2020, other thinks is 2001-2025, some believe is 2000-2025 and Strauss Howe believes is 2005-2025. Confusing right. Some believes millennials is 1982-2005, 1980-1995, 1981-1997, 1980-2001, 1977-2004 etc.
