Weekend construction plans halted due to cooler weather

Eastbound Interstate 10 (toward Phoenix) scheduled closure between 83rd and 51st avenues for rubberized asphalt paving has been postponed due to cooler temperatures. The work will be rescheduled, but a time-frame has yet to be provided.
