Are Skyrocketing New figures show that the price for 
mid-sized versions of the fruit is 
up nearly 130% from this time 
in 2018. Rabobank senior analyst 
David Magaña says that in 2019, 
a 25-pound box cost $84.25. Last year, it was just $37 
for the same amount 
around July 4. Magaña lists a couple reasons for 
the price hike, one of which is
