More concerns about next year's Olympics in Tokyo.
For the Paralympic Games, a test event was cancelled on Saturday... for the swimming part of the triathalon... because of bad water quality.
The organizers found the level of E. coli bacteria in the water at Tokyo's Odaiba Marine Park was more that twice the level permitted by the International Triathalon Union.
It was at level four, which is the worst.
The Tokyo organizers said they will carry out a comprehensive investigation of the water conditions.
