The beleaguered power sector is expecting reforms from the government, Tata Power's CFO, Ramesh Subramanyam, tells CNBC-TV18 that privatisation of distribution companies (DISCOMS) will be attractive for the sector but just franchising it is restrictive and will not solve the problem of DISCOM losses.
