नई दिल्ली। सरकार ने जम्मू कश्मीर को दो भागों में विभक्त करने वाला विधेयक जम्मू कश्मीर पुनर्गठन विधेयक 2019 को सोमवार को राज्यसभा में पेश किया इससे लद्दाख को अलग कर केन्द्र शासित क्षेत्र बनाने का प्रस्ताव किया गया है।
