Targeting individuals with minimally one year of working experience, the 2-year Axiata Young CEO Development Programme aims to stimulate the critical and leadership potentials in individuals — key competencies that constitute the CEO DNA.
Participants of this programme are expected to take part in a structured learning framework, consisting of workshops, experiential learning, internship, business simulations and business challenges.
