Three men robbing a truck driver along Road 10 Manila

Three men were caught on video by netizen Ramir Briones robbing a truck driver along Road 10 Manila. One of the suspects was arrested by Manila police’s Special Mayor’s Reaction Team along Mel Lopez Blvd., in Tondo, Manila Sunday.
