Firemen in eastern China's Huai'an freed a boy's head from a children's spittoon.
The video shows firefighters using tools to tear down the spittoon that got stuck on the boy's head.
According to reports, the boy's twin brother put the spittoon onto the boy's head because of curiosity, then wasn't able to remove it.
