Duoc UC, an accredited, non-profit private institution of higher education in Cordillera, Chile, was attacked by the Chilean national police force on Wednesday, (November 6).
The attack caused chaos in the institute. Students didn't know why the police threw the bombs.
"We don't know why they did it, we were just coming in and out of school," the filmer said in Spanish.
