Lizzo Reacts to Becoming the Grammy’s
Most Nominated Artist of 2020.
On Nov. 20, the Recording Academy announced the
official nominations for the 2020 Grammy Awards. .
Among them was first-time nominee Lizzo,
who racked up an impressive total of eight nominations.
The 31-year-old artist is nominated in categories
including album of the year, song of the year,
best new artist and record of the year. .
She will be competing against artists
such as Lil Nas X, Ariana Grande,
Billie Eilish and Post Malone.
In a post to social media,
Lizzo celebrated the news,
saying she was “so thankful”
for the recognition. .
