First time trying these out! So used to doing Side Lunges that, it threw me off NOT pulling that lifting leg back in. Still, a nice variation that I will try doing with the non-lifting foot coming up off the floor like a Cossack Squat. Such a great way to stretch out that groin & upper Hamstring area while making sure your leg strength is symmetrical between the two.
