People of Uttarakhand are sure to get a gift of severe cold on the new year. Rain and snowfall will welcome the new year in the state. The Meteorological Department has said that cold-day conditions persist throughout the state. Cold wave continues in the hill districts. The snowfall has increased the cold considerably. In the plains too, the process of severe cold will continue.
उत्तराखंड के लोगों को नए साल पर भीषण ठंड का गिफ्ट मिलता तय है। प्रदेश में नए साल का स्वागत बारिश और बर्फबारी से होगा। मौसम विभाग ने कहा है कि समूचे प्रदेश में कोल्ड-डे कंडीशन बनी हुई है। पहाड़ी जिलों में शीतलहर जारी है। बर्फबारी से ठंड में काफी बढ़ोत्तरी हुई है। मैदानी इलाकों में भी कमोबेश भीषण ठंड का सिलसिला जारी रहेगा।
