IT Guy is having a bad dream ... a very bad dream. With three guys you might recognize threatening him for not doing his job properly. Theres a problem with provisioning, software licenses are out of whack, and the server just shut down. Luckily, its just a dream since he uses CA Service Desk for all of his companys incident and problem management needs.
