Elliot Princell is a business development professional with more than five years of experience in the industry. Elliot has worked in numerous roles focused on recruitment, sales, marketing, and business development. He has become an expert in various areas of business, including sales, marketing, training, talent acquisition, and revenue generation.
Elliot completed a degree in Marketing and Business from Indiana University - Purdue University. Soon after receiving his degree, Elliot Princell began working in recruiting at a start-up as a founding team member. He built a network of more than 5,000 potential candidates and was the first recruiter in the company to reach Tier 2 bonus structure. Since working as a Senior Recruiter, Elliot developed expertise in client communication and sales.
Later, Elliot Princell went on to become an Account Executive of Logistics and Transportation, where he developed expertise in marketing, business development, and talent acquisition. He was responsible for a full-cycle recruiting operation, which led to a 100% client retention rate. In this role, he became an expert in sales and the top performer in the company.
Elliot went on to become a Director of Recruiting and New Business Development at SearchForce Advisors. Elliot Princell was able to utilize his knowledge of client communication while developing expertise in negotiation while negotiating and closing fee agreements. In his first 30 days, Elliot successfully grew the client base by more than 20 companies and job requisitions.
After spending three years as a Director, Elliot Princell moved into his current role at TalentSolvers, working in Business Development. Since 2018, Elliot has designed targeted, customer-specific candidate profiles for marketing campaigns and executed individual marketing blasts. Elliot has successfully contracted 48 new partner companies with revenues ranging from $10M to $7B annually. As a remote employee, he has managed numerous campaigns through collaboration with various internal and external teams.
For two years, Elliot Princell has been based out of Latin America. Most of his time has been spent in Medellin and Cali, Columbia. Since traveling in Latin America, Elliot has become fluent in Spanish and passionate about giving back to the communities where he lived. He hopes to utilize his knowledge of Latin American markets in his work in business development.
