While no major incident was reported on Thursday, the death toll in Delhi riots has gone up to 38. Police have filed 48 FIRs related to violence. However violence has stopped in parts of North East Delhi, people in Mustafabad are still living in fear. Locals are themselves guarding the areas. Watch video.
