At a public pier on Hong Kong Island's western edge, dubbed "Instagram Pier" for its camera-ready spots, individuals from all walks of life gather to sit back, relax and enjoy the ocean breeze.

Social distancing measures and public space closures are in force, but Hong Kong has so far avoided a major lockdown that many major cities around the world are going through.
