Dog Jumps Out of Car With Leash Still Fastened to Seat

This dog was getting impatient sitting inside the car as their owner unloads laundry from the backseat. He tried to jump out of the vehicle but forgets his leash is still fastened to the car, causing him to hang awkwardly, held by the harness.
