Bengaluru police arrest chain snatcher in FILMY style

The Bengaluru Police on Tuesday early morning arrested a chain snatcher in a pure filmy style in HSR layout police station limits. The accused has been identified as Somashekhar alias Soma, a resident of Anekal Taluk.
