India sees biggest one-day spike with 5,611 COVID-19 cases in 24 hours, death toll rise to 3,303

India today recorded the biggest single-day spike of 5,611 Covid-19 cases, with the total infections reaching 1,06,750, including 3,303 deaths, Union Health Ministry figures revealed.
