#TheChiefs | The MMDA is thinking of whether to 'lift or not to lift' its number coding scheme on June 1 when NCR shifts to general community quarantine, according to its General Manager Jojo Garcia. He adds that the modified form of the coding scheme will be implemented around next week as they need to have it published before it can be enforced.
