INGREDIENTS 
½ kg Hog Plum 
1full fresh Coconut Grand 
1 Cup Sugar 
1 TSP Mustard Seeds  
2 TSP Oil 
1spoon Salt 
1spoon Turmeric powder 
 
PROCESS 
In a bowl take fresh coconut Grand and add 1 glass water. 
Mix well so that the coconut milk comes out. 
Sieve the coconut milk.  
Wash the hog plum and peel it 
Warm a pan and add oil then add mustard seeds. 
Now add hog plum, and then add salt, turmeric powder. 
5 minutes stir it and add coconut milk, also add 1 glass water. 
Cook 20 minutes then add sugar and cook again5 minutes. 
It’s ready for serve with rice
