The United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres wants those responsible for the Lebanon blast to be held accountable. At least 200 died and over 6,000 were injured in the blast. Scores of others are still missing. The blast has sparked public outrage and protests. The entire Lebanese cabinet has since resigned. The cabinet, formed in January, came under fire following an explosion last week. The Afro-Middle East Centre says the government's move to resign is a way of dodging responsibility for last week's blast.
