Amid public outrage, Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar explained on Thursday strong-arm tactics were used against a government doctor mistaken for a robbery suspect recently because he ran away when told to stay put. The top cop said no apology would be issued as his men were merely doing their job.
