Deputy Education Minister Datuk Chong Sin Woon on Wednesday urged parents to utilise modern technology to ease the application process when enrolling their children into primary school. Meanwhile, Chong, who is also the MCA Youth Chief, urged Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng to focus on Penang's affairs rather than politicising education issues.
