New meat: Hongkongers embrace vegetarian pork alternative

Consumers in Hong Kong seemed to be acquiring a taste for OmniPork, a plant-based “meat” launched by Hong Kong social enterprise Green Monday, after more retailers and restaurants started using the protein alternative in their recipes.
