Battleground Bihar: Free Covid vaccine a political lollipop?

The Bharatiya Janata Party's promise of free Covid-19 vaccine for all in its Bihar poll manifesto has kicked up a row as Opposition parties have accused the saffron party of "selling the fear of death" and "exploiting Covid fears".
