The State Security Agency's Director of the Domestic Branch, Advocate Mahlodi Sam Muofhe, is being investigated for falsifying his qualifications. Investigations began in August, after an anonymous complaint was laid with the Inspector General of Intelligence. The I-G has confirmed there are other complaints against Muofhe.
