Mike Tyson Says He Smoked Marijuana, Right Before Roy Jones Jr Fight.
The two legendary boxers returned
to the ring for an eight-round exhibition match
that ended in a draw on Saturday night.
Speaking to reporters after the fight,
Tyson said he had also smoked a joint right
before appearing in front of them.
I smoked during fights. I just have to smoke, I’m sorry. I’m a smoker. … I smoke everyday. I never stopped smoking, Mike Tyson, via 'USA Today'.
Tyson recently founded the
cannabis company Tyson Ranch.
He told reporters
that marijuana does
not "numb the pain," but
that "it just numbs me." .
The fighter says he's been clean from
cocaine for two and a half years.
While the fighters were tested for
performance enhancing drugs before the bout,
marijuana was not on the list
