High Court Judge Frank Seepersad on Tuesday ruled that the deportation of an 11 year-old Venezuelan migrant who along with 26 others breached T&T's borders twice, is lawful.
The affidavit of the child's mother who arranged the minor's unaccompanied illegal entry to T&T will been sent to the DPP and Commissioner of Police for the laying of possible criminal charges.
