President Duterte announces NCR, Isabela, Santiago City, Batangas, Iloilo, Tacloban, Lanao del Sur, Iligan, Davao City, Davao del Norte will be under general community quarantine (GCQ) while the rest of the country will be under MGCQ for the month of January 2021.
