Police Commissioner Gary Griffith appeared to express optimism in the search for Andrea Bharrath this morning when he said it was not a recovery mission.
But sadly, by Thursday afternoon, the Police Service said her body had been found.
The Commissioner yet again identified that taxis and PH vehicles must come under closer scrutiny and he plans to have a database of those vehicles.
It turns out the Works and Transport Ministry is also looking into creating a registry.
