Prime Minister and CARICOM chairman – Dr. Keith Rowley addressed a virtual meeting, by the Atlantic Council, Friday.
And, he raised several issues, including US sanctions against Venezuela.
He's calling on the Biden Administration to give dialogue a chance, in its relationship with Venezuela.
