ODM MCA arrested for dishing out cash and face masks to voters in Matungu

Kakamega Senator Cleophas Malala was at Mwira polling station where he intercepted ODM MCA Libinus Oduori dishing out cash and face masks to voters in Matungu. The MCA was arrested and taken to Indangalasia police station.
